We’ve been hoarding The Morrigan and Elixir of the Gods in our cellar for the past three years and are excited to offer a 3-course beer and food pairing with Chef Aaron Wermerskirchen of Juniper in our brewery barrel room!
The evening will start with an appetizer and glass of Jotunheim Tart Noridic Ale, followed by two hearty plates paired with verticals of The Morrigan and Elixir of the Gods.
Jotunheim tart Nordic sour ale with juniper and elderberries paired with chevre puff pastry garnished with elderberry chutney.
Elixir of the Gods 2017, 2018 and 2019: Pomegranate sour Quadruple aged in Port wine barrels paired with Polenta with wild mushrooms in a cream sherry butter sauce and golden Greek cheese and arugula in a roasted garlic truffle oil.
The Morrigan 2017, 2018 and 2019: Bourbon barrel imperial stout paired with Elk Chili made with the 2019 Morrigan, topped with Ballard Farms Cheddar and a Morrigan infused chocolate truffle with smoked sea salt.
Enjoy 5 oz pours of the Jotunheim (7.6%) and all six vintages of these boozy 12% beers!
TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. $50/person with gratuities included in ticket price! There are two seatings: 2pm and 5pm.
