Join Chef Ava Harren of Avaflavas and Karan Singh of Bombay Grill to learn how to make the popular Indian dish, chicken tikka masala. Participants will create a blend of the spices and then collaboratively prepare the perfect chicken and curry sauce. After cooking, we’ll enjoy this savory dish alongside naan bread, basmati rice, and a tasty mango lassi. Come hungry and ready to learn more about Indian cuisine!
