Barbarian Brewing Garden City Taproom

Get ready for our newest Ice Cream Ale: Dat Cookie Dough! This gold stout was made with 70 lbs of pasteurized cookie dough, 20 gallons of vanilla ice cream, extra chocolate and vanilla.

To celebrate the Boise Ice Cream Festival and the release of Dat Cookie Dough, The STIL will be out in front selling scoops of delicious ice cream.

For those of you who want a beer and ice cream pairing we will be offering:
6oz pour of Dat Cookie Dough Ice Cream Ale
6oz pour of Twix Ice Cream Ale
two small ice cream selections (from The Stil)
Pairing available day of the event. Just show up and order from the bar to receive beers and pairing ice cream tickets.
Please note that the Barbarian Taproom is a 21 and older venue. Minors are allowed on the patio.
